Privacy notice
Plain words about the little data this website touches.
Who we are
This website presents holiday homes in Gravedona ed Uniti (CO), Italy, owned and managed by the owner, Cinzia Albonico. For anything related to your personal data you can reach us at albonicocinzia@gmail.com or +39 348 692 7991.
What data this site collects by itself
None. The website is a set of static pages. It uses no analytics, no marketing trackers, no advertising and no profiling, and it sets no cookies. We do not see who visits it.
What happens when you send an enquiry
When a request is submitted through the availability form, the information entered — including name, email address, phone number, stay details and message — is used by the data controller to respond to the request and to carry out the pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. The form is handled through Netlify Forms: the data is transmitted to and stored on Netlify's systems, and a notification is sent to the controller's email address. Netlify processes this data as a service provider, under its own terms and data processing agreement (see Netlify's privacy policy for details). Technical data necessary for the service's operation and security, such as the IP address and user agent, may also be associated with the transmission. The data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and to fulfil any legal obligations, and is then deleted once it is no longer needed.
We use what you send us only to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to organise your stay. We do not add you to mailing lists and we do not share your details with third parties for marketing.
Note that email and WhatsApp are services with their own privacy terms (for WhatsApp, see Meta's privacy policy), which apply to the transmission of your message.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to its use. Write to albonicocinzia@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Hosting
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may record technical access logs (such as IP addresses) for security purposes, handled by the hosting provider as an independent controller or processor.
