Where life slows down

Villa Larius is an independent villa of 150 m², arranged over two levels and characterised by timber ceilings and large windows overlooking the garden.

It can host up to eight people across three bedrooms, one of which has its own mezzanine and skylight. Outside there is a pergola with a dining area, a large garden and a saltwater pool. Gravedona's beach is about two minutes away on foot.

The garden embraces the villa and invites you to live your days outdoors: a saltwater pool with the mountains for a backdrop, loungers to give in to the sun, a barbecue and a pergola where lunch can turn, unhurried, into a long afternoon.

Private parking is inside the property. And when the lake calls, the beach and lakefront of Gravedona are just a few minutes' walk away.
